Let’s take a look one by one.
    1. Sweet and Spiritual
Yes, Jeru Trip is sweet. It is one of the sweetest thing ever that God created for man’s enjoyment and which is also productive because it can lead to procreation.
Bu then, it does not end as sweet. It is also spiritual!
Because it is spiritual, it has boundaries.
It is not meant for those who are not yet married.
When you flout this, you invite these spiritual consequences which manifest itself also in physical drawbacks.
The sweetness is within the marriage context.
That which is sweet comes with timing and seasons, lest that which is sweet begins to kill.
The meat is so sweet! But that is not enough reason to put it in the mouth of a two-day-old baby! You will hurt the baby that way.
No matter how the baby craves it, you say No! But a time comes, he can go for the meat.
That is exactly the way it is. When God says "wait'"He is trying to protect you! Click To tweet
When you try to taste it when you are not yet married, that which is supposed to be sweet can cause havoc to your mastication process and ruin your jaws in the process.
    Proverbs 20:17 (MSG)
Stolen bread tastes sweet, but soon your mouth is full of gravel.
So, the advice here is to wait. Don’t lose God’s favour because of some seven minutes of sweating. Click To tweet
Wait for your time. There is beauty in waiting!
Inability to wait was what messed up Esau and the scriptures calls him profane!
    Hebrews 12:16 (KJV)
Lest there be any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau, who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright.
Did Esau fornicate? No! But Esau and the fornicator have the same problem, they could not wait!
    A profane person is impatient!
He says, “Hey babe, let’s do this thing! Are we not going to get married?”
And if the babe is not smart or is full of lust as well, they tamper with their future through their profanity.
    The Message Translation says
    Hebrews 12:16 (MSG)
Watch out for the Esau syndrome: trading away God's lifelong gift in order to satisfy a short-term appetite.
May you not trade away God’s lifelong gift to satisfy a short term appetite.
Think about the future, not just now!
Esau saw porridge and he lost his temper, temperament and temperature!
He could not wait! He began to salivate!
But in reaching out to get something sweet, another spiritual event took place! Click To tweet
Outside marriage, when you get on that lady and begin to jack up and down like a faulty locomotive, in the very physical sweetness you think you are experiencing, some spiritually nasty and fearful is taking place over your destiny.
Esau lost his place and destiny in God.
It is the same way my dear!
One act of sexual compromise can bring years of regrets!
Always remember, that though it is sweet, it is also spiritual. Click To Tweet
So, you really want to wait for your time.
And listen to me, when you wait, it is beautiful.
Then after wedding, you will also discover that marriage is not all about Jeru trip!
It is even more about funds, school fees, pampers, baby poo-poo and a lot of responsibilities!
Some of those nights, your wife will touch you for jeru trip, you will beg her to wait till next day! Because you have more important stuffs on your mind!
You don't believe? Wait till then.
    My dear ladies, wait!
Don’t turn yourself to a porridge that can be eaten before its time. Click To Tweet
Don't open those laps again till your weeding day!
You will both mess up a lot of things that way!
I’ve got to stop here today and continue tomorrow.
