In overcoming any temptation or addiction, God's Presence and Word are very important. I listened to a series from a man of God- Andrew Wommack- on "How to deal with temptation"; it was highly enlightening and liberating. If you search for this message with his name on Google, it should bring out options that will lead to his website. Search for this topic in the search bar, and download the 5-lesson series on it. I pray that God will give you victory. Also, it helps to have a spiritual father or discipler with which you meet frequently; they often know how to overcome any pervasion. However, you'll need to be open, so that the issue can be attacked promptly. Your song of victory is on the way; keep seeking God.

By trusting God  and reading God's word daily. You must trust that God is able to break the stronghold of pornography in your life and He will. Reach out to Him in prayer, that's the only way to get God into any situation. Then read and study your bible consistently. David said in psalm 119:11" Thy word have I hid in my heart that I might not sin agaisnt you". The more you read God's word, the more grace is released to adhere to it. God's grace is available to you as it was also to me when God delivered me some years ago. Now I cant even stand seeing anything repulsive that will offend my heart or my spirit. The bible says we should guard our hearts with all diligence for from it flows the issues of life. So finally, you should stop exposing yourself to anything that  will ensnare you again. Destroy all offinsive dvds and tapes. Bar certain websiteas from your phone or laptop. I had to do that as well and you should too. God is there for you. Remain blessed.

oh oh,so much to do to fight porn. I concur with what the others have said. It is more spiritual than physical. Do all they have said and then never give up. You would have constant relapse but do not write yourself off. Make up your mind to fight to finish. May God help you.

    TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

    1. The first step from my experience is to have a revelation knowledge in your spirit of the danger of pornography (Many people have head knowledge but this doesn’t carry you far. Head knowledge doesn’t show you the gravity of what is at stake) Until you have this spiritual knowing – it will be an up and down story. So Pray to God to make you see whats at stake gan gan.
    2. GOD GOD AND GOD AND GOD AGAIN… PRAY and SEEK GOD’S FACE for deliverance and have faith. You need to trust God that he has the power to set you free and that he has when you diligently seek his face in prayer. Then renew your mind with the word and good books which people ahead have mentioned some. KHC has good resources too. EAT FROM KHC.
    3. THE LOOP HOLES…
    4. You don’t test your victory by going back. I made that mistake over and over. I thought if I am free, then if I go to a dirty site nothing will happen but I guess you know what happened. YOU VICTORY IS IN THE GRACE GOD HAS PROVIDED FOR YOU TO FLEE FROM IT NOT GOING BACK TO IT. DO NOT WALK BACK INTO DANGER. YOU ARE STILL FLESH AND BLOOD.
    5. RELAPSE – Yes their MIGHT be what I call ‘Genuine’ relapse but don’t look forward to it. I expected it and it gave me a kind of liberty and I kept falling. I believe God does COMPLETE JOBS – We must trust Him and obey him to the Letter. EXPECT A CLEAN VICTORY. IT IS POSSIBLE.
    6. HEED THE SIGNALS – Heed the signal and warning of the Holy Spirit and your body. The Holy Spirit is comforter and friend He knows when you are vulnerable and He will give a nudge – PLEASE DON’T IGNORE THEM. Also there was a way I feel and those times I just knew I was vulnerable don’t ignore your body signs – there you need to gainfully get busy.
    7. Don’t be decived by the devil’s trick – DOUBT, FEAR and GUILT. Hold on to God’s victory. REMEMBER NO ONE LIKE TO LOOSE. THE DEVIL DOESN’T WANT TO LOOSE. BUT YOU GOT TO KNOCK HIM OUT OF YOUR HEAD
    8. JUST MAKE SURE YOU KEEP ENJOYING GOD AND WALK IN THE HOLY SPIRIT
