  I was telling my mum about the woman I want to marry and the first thing she asked me was is she beautiful? And now am scared of bringing the lady to her because she might not be too appealing to my mum but I love her and I like how she looks. Please I'm so confused.

  I think that your mum, being a woman, knows that good character is more important than good looks.  Her expressed preference may have been a wish, not a demand. So, take her home. Pray about it. Ask the Lord to make her appealing to mum. Usually, what is important in these settings is a contact of souls. She may forget her specifications when she finds that she really really likes your lady.
