  She has been my friend since childhood and we are so fond of each other but she is engaged and any time she comes around I always have wet dream. I hope am not lusting after her?

  So it is obvious here that you got feelings for this lady weather lust or love. Something is going on in your heart. You do not just get wet when you meet any lady on the road. She is engaged as you said,so I think you should limit her coming to see you while you work on your mind.
