Is This Pride or Ministerial Ethics?

I pay the bills, cook his food, wash his cloth, clean the plates, take care of our kids. Just because I asked him to help with sweeping the sitting room, he said it is a ridicule on his anointing and it is against ministerial ethics for a pastor to sweep. I need my husband to help in some domestic responsibility, The work load is killing me softly. How can I get his support without hurting his ego?
