  He asked me out some months ago and I didn't give him any answer because I needed to pray about it and now that i'm ready to say yes he is not saying anything again. Please should I bring the matter up or I should just wait for him?

  What do you mean by he isn't saying anything again? Do you mean he isn't talking to you anymore? Pray to God that he reveals to you if he is the right man for you. Moreover, ask a genuine pastor that you know to help you in prayers.

  I have not been here before but i so can wear this shoes. If God gave you a go ahead,he would come back. I would also advice you be his friend and say hi and check on him occasionally. If you two always see ,then if paradventure he talks to you ,be cheerful and smile at him,that would wake up the inetrest again. Besides,did you tell him oyu where gonna pray and get back or you just said no and went to pray. Whatever the case,relax,God has you
