Is it advisable to marry from other tribe apart from your tribe especially if one can't speak or understand their language?

I think it is okay to marry anywhere as long as both of you are born again and spirit filled, and when there is the peace of God involved.
The issue of culture and language differences is so minor. As long as the two of you have a common language where by you can communicate and understand eachother forexample English, then it wouldnt be a problem.
