We've been colleagues since medical school, I've always tried to show him that I care about him but he was too busy with other things, finally I got engaged to one of his friends then all of a sudden the scale fell of his eyes and now he's really trying to come close but it's late although I still have some feelings for him. Please what should I do?

It isnt too late, a broken relationship is better than a broken marriage.
