He lied to me about everything

He proposed to me during my masters programme and we had already planned for our introduction after the programme until I discovered he had lied to me about where he grew up, where his parents lives, the work they do and wabout this because someone just told me recently and when I asked him, he wasn't straight forward about it. I'm really discouraged at this point because I don't know how many other lies he has told me. Please what is your advise.
