  I know ladies have mood swings, but I just don't know how long it lasts.
  I've bin asking her what's wrong for the past 3 days, and I keep getting the same answer; Nothing.
  
  Honestly, I'm fed up.
  Any suggestions on how to get her talking?

  Hmm i totally understand you. Please just engage prayers for her and begin to shower her with her love language even if she is not responding.

  The prayers are essential to break the hold of the enemy on her mind. It will also give you strength and patience to pull through.

  She will come around soon.
