Tope had a vigil hosted by her department in church. Her husband didn't give her permission to go due to certain reasons...Tope was in a Rage! And knew her husband wouldn't do anything, and so decided to go.....Her husband came back, and was disappointed she disobeyed him....
In the like of the scenario above, Tope as a married woman, failed to submit to her husband, as unto The Lord, she disobey her husband, she dishonoured him, and most importantly she disobeyed the word of God, in her mind thinking that she wants to please The Lord by going to vigil. But the man God put above you, that you should submit to in everything , told you not to go.
If he had told you that, then you should obey him by obeying the word of God by submitting to your husband. If It's so important for you to be at that vigil, of course God would make a way.
That is why he is the Almighty God.
So Ladies, you need to obey n submit to your husbands in Everything, even if you don't like it , or it's not convenient for you.
If you honour your husband, God would honour you in return....
Bible says' in Ephesians 5:22' wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands as unto The Lord.
Vs23' for the husband is the head of the wife , even as Christ is the head of the church.
Submit yourselves , start participating it now, so that it becomes easier for you in marriage. Don't struggle or try to take authority over your home. Let the man God has put above you take authority, and you then follow. That is the right order....
Single ladies, don't obey him if he is demanding Jeru trap oo, Infact you should run, and bluntly refuse! If he is still insisting, then you should watch that relationship very well. Don't obey your man at the expense of God, He is not yet husband. Until you get married, your body belongs to God and should be kept that way till you get married...
