Love is a beautiful thing , more than feelings or the butterfly in your tummies. Sometimes it's more of a decision. I have decided to love this person because of this and that...whatever the case may be, the fact is that you Love this person and you would want to spend the rest of your life with him...
Ladies, as wives to be..loving a man means a whole lot! we should be ready to make sacrifices and put him first as seen in1st corithians 13
1 Corinthians 13:4-8King James Version (KJV)
4 Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,
5 Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;
6 Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;
7 Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.
8 Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.
Vs5 seeketh not her own.., we should avoid being selfish and be as plain as possible
Vs7: near beareth all things, believeth all things, hopefully all things, endure the all things also
As wives , bible tells us that we are to submit to our husbands as unto The Lord.
Submission is also a way of appreciating your spouse, of telling him that you love him. Even if he doesn't deserve it, you still go ahead and love him as commanded by The Lord.
You submit to him than resisting or fighting him. It doesn't work out that way, because both of you are One already.so if you fight him, you fight yourself.
Love him when he treats you like a jerk, when he is rude to you, when he doesn't appreciate you, still love him and see God move on your behind and honour you, because you are obeying God commandments.
1 Peter 3King James Version (KJV)
3 Likewise, ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word, they also may without the word be won by the conversation of the wives;
2 While they behold your chaste conversation coupled with fear.
Let your behavior and conduct speak for you, as the virtuous woman you are, who would do her husband good all the days of her life.
It's not going to be easy, specially when there are argue,nets or quarrels, but trust the holyspirit who would give you strength and a big heart to forgive and treat your husband as the King he is, when you do that as told is in the above verse, you would win him over.
Every word of God is pure.
It gives us direction to our everyday life.
Word of God cannot lead us wrong!
You need to follow its dictates so you can have good success..Joshua 1:8.
