Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prospereth and be in health even as thy soul prospereth.....
Prosperity
Prosperity means a lot of things, wealth , riches both physically and spiritually. Sound mind, peace of mind, abundance etc.
For you to have prosperity in Christ, you must belong to Christ and accept his rules and regulations.
Be for Christ and remain in him .
There are many passages that have been given to us to ensure that we have prosperity...we would just look at a few...
1. 3rd John 1:2
As your soul is prospering in the Lord. So you shall prosper physically in all areas. Financially, maritally, spiritually, emotionally etc.
2. Pslams 1: 1- 3
Psalm 1:1-3King James Version (KJV)
1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.
2 But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
He shall bring like a tree planted by the rivers of water , Meaning you shall flourish, bring forth your fruit at its season...You shall marry when expected, you shall get your expectations, you shall bring forth that child , your relationship shall blossom, the grace of God shall be radiating all around you.
Your leaf shall not wither...You shall not be stranded, you shall not lack, you shall continue to blossom...
And whatever you do....Shall Prosper!
But for all these to happen, what does the Lord say...
Vs 1 says blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly..- You stick to God plan and shun your ears from the world. You remain focused and committed to God and his ways
.
Vs 2 . But his Delight is in the law ( The Word of God)
And on these law he meditates Day and night
When you observe to do all These, then that prosperity would come...
3. Joshua 1:8
Joshua 1:8King James Version (KJV)
8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
This is another verse showing how prosperity can be gotten. When you study the Word and observe to do all according to what it says...Then you can hold God unto his words and Prosperity awaits you...
Fear the Lord , and Depart from Evil. Walk according to the law and observe to do all written in it. Flee from sin, and remain committed to God ways
If you do That, Prosperity awaits you ...
