  Haggai 1:10 (BBE) For this cause the heaven over you is kept from giving dew, and the earth from giving her fruit.
  
  1. By your mercies oh Lord, cause the heavens over me to give rain upon my seed.
  
  2. Let the earth give her fruit over my relationship/marriage.
  
  3. Pray in the Spirit.
