You can use coded words. That is, only both of you will understand. You would have discussed it before. For example, you can say to him, "dear, tonight, I want pounded yam." Only both of you will know what you are saying. By the time you get to bed, you simply say something like, "where is my pounded yam?" With time, this will help you to overcome your inhibitions, which are not supposed to be there in the first place!

Yeah, coded words work very well. Especially if you have company. Makes it more fun. You can also try role playing, that is creating characters and acting like them. E.g a common one can be u acting like a nurse and he d patient. So u guys just have fun pretending he is sick and you want to 'take care' of him. Lol
