CHIMAMANDA ADICHIE AND BEYONCE FOR GRAMMY AWARDS
Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, the popular Nigerian novelist and award-winning author of Americanah has been nominated for a Grammy award for her feminist-inspired collaboration with American entertainer Beyonce, on her 2013 track "Flawless.
After her presentation at the TEDx talk on why “We Should All Be Feminists,” Beyonce brought in Adichie's essay into her single, which further boosted her craft.
Adichie has received several awards and distinctions, including the Orange Broadband Prize for Fiction in 2007 and a MacArthur Foundation Fellowship in 2008. Her work has also been translated in 30 languages and appeared in various publications including The New Yorker and Zoetrope.
To further add a feather to Adichie's hat, Beyonce's album which was recently nominated “Album of the Year” is just yet another achievement for the writer.
