Disney Plans to Remake 'Sister Act'
The popular comedy hit 'Sister Act' is set for another hit as Disney has commenced plans to remake their 1992 comedy that starred Whoopi Goldberg.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Kirsten Smith and Karen McCullah will be the script writers of the upcoming movie, while 'Cinderella's Alli Shearmur will produce.
After the original hit which grossed $140 million at the US box office, 'Sister Act 2: Back in the Habit' a sequel was released.
No further news has been said about the cast or plot for the reboot but there are anticipations and questions if Will Goldberg, another American Actor and a former professional wrestler be a part of the upcoming sequel.
