Yogurt, Coconut Milk and Honey – To Boost An Even Skin Tone When You Have Sensitive Skin If your skin is sensitive, you want to skip the lemon for something gentle. The yogurt contains lactic acid that gently exfoliates your skin so it can be smoother and reflect the light better, while coconut milk is rich in Vitamin C to lighten your skin. Honey is a great skin moisturizer, leaving you with softer skin. Mix together 1 tablespoon of yogurt with 1/2 a teaspoon each of honey and coconut milk. Apply it to your face every day for one hour and then wash it off.
