Purpose or relationship? Which is first?

Hmm, first of all purpose should come first. You need to know God's purpose for your life, His purpose would guide you all through the course of your life including who your life partner would be.
Also you could be in a relationship as well before finding out your purpose, but as God would have it, A real relationship should only take you back to the arms of God, no matter what or how long it would take.
The reason is this, If your spouse knows your purpose, it would make her question her purpose as well, and if it aligns with hers, she would let you know. A soul mate is meant to make you question everything about yourself, tear down your walls, reveal all your secrets and then finally smack you awake to God's calling over your life!
All this would be discovered while staying in God

@Dele, if any Will comeap first as u said, then it should be God's Purpose....
Im a case where spouse comes first, it will take God's grace to still be in line/sync wuth God's purpose for one's life.
Example in the life of Papa Adeboye, they were married b4 both of them genuinely gave their lives to Christ, n see how things turn out... That's Grace Divine.
But on a good note, purpose first. (Purpose before Partner)

Think of it like going to get a driver before buying a vehicle, you buy your vehicle first, truck, trailer etc, this will help inform the kind of driver you go for, does it mean it can't be in reversed version? No, it can also come in reversed order, but its safer when you know where you are going, telling someone to join you to your destination
