My fiance has stopped calling me since I went for NYSC, have been the one doing the calling and anytime i talked about it he gets up set and cut the phone on me.

Something is wrong somewhere. Relax and then take time out to travel and see him. Have a talk with him and find out what the problem is. You need to be clear on where you stand. Really,you cannot force a person to love . So find out where the issue is coming from before further action.
