I saw some of my fiancee's ex's pictures on her phone including the ones they took together when we first started dating and I confronted her about it in which she apologised and told me she will delete them, just of recent as I was going through her mail box and I saw that she saved virtually all the pictures there and I was heartbroken. I don't even know how to ask her again......

Brotherly, you search her phone, you went through her recently, why are u searching searching all around giving urself unnecessary stress.

Well sit her down and talk to her maybe she's probably missing her ex for some particular reason.
