I practically pray for my wife every morning. I try to help out in the kitchen and with the kids. I give her some money for her upkeep regularly. I take her out on a treat from time to time.
Yet she is always moody.
What else do you think she wants?

Have you asked her in the right setting? Have u seen her laugh and happy before? What makes her smile?
As long as you know and do these things, and you are sure she is not harbouring any hurt in her heart, then its okay. It can be her temperament. Just keep praying for her, say words of affirmation and do acts of love.
