We are just 3 months old and I can see she doesn't trust me. Each time I come back from work, she picks up my phone, goes through my chats and mail.
Initially, I didn't complain, because after she finds nothing, she hands me my phone and head to the kitchen.
However, it has become a daily routine, which is making me uneasy.

Hmm...thats not nice o. I am quite sure she has been doing that before marriage.
It might be/ might not be because you gave her reason to keep you in check always. I am quite sure you dont do the same to her.
Anyway, you need to sit her down, speak sincerely, speak the word of God to her. She needs to express trust in you if she really loves you.
She needs to forgive and forget the past(if any).
Let her know that rather that snooping and doing FBI on your phone, she should pray for you and gist with you. By doing this she will know if&when any problems arise.
She needs to trust totally on God to keep her husband. The spirit of checking phones is a faultfinding and fearful spirit which the enemy can easily manipulate for his use.
Pray for her too.
