There is this lady in my church I like so much. As I got closer to her, trying to be her friend and know her better, she said to me "my primary love language is 'Receiving Gifts', are you ready to speak my language?"

I dont understand bro, you are getting to know her better, becoming closer, its only right that you know her love language and she knows yours.
So she has spoken, can you feed her love language.
Gifts dont have to be big and always expensive. Its the gestures, love and thoughtfulness that come with it that makes all the difference.
Dont be scared, except she is the "very materialistic" type.
