My fiancé and I have dating for over three years now and finally we did our introduction few months ago and it is expected for my family to give the wedding date but it seems not to be happening after six months have passed, all because they are waiting for my uncles to all agree on one date. I'm really getting frustrated about this, please what is your advise?

Sis, leave them alone, talk sincerely to your family members, each of them individually and express your desire.
Then engage in praise and declarations. Infact both of you should go to God in prayers and receive your date. God will settle it and make it beautiful in His time.
