When you follow God through to the very end, you shall have a fulfilled life. Yes , it might be stormy and have ups and down, but you shall not regret it. In your life, maritally, career, future etc. staying through and sticking with God, would give you the best result possible.
Let's look at what the bible says....
1 Timothy 4:8King James Version (KJV)
8 For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.
GODLINESS IS PROFITABLE UNTO ALL THINGS... Both in this life and in the world after.
Godliness means following God , doing it God way, deciding to live for Christ in words, deed, actions, behaviors etc. when nobody is watching you and when people are there. You should let your light shine.
Bible says Godliness in your relationship is profitable (would yield results) for you now, and even when we get to heaven.
Hebrews 12:2 MSG-
Keep your eyes on Jesus, who both began and finished this race we’re in. Study how he did it. Because he never lost sight of where he was headed—that exhilarating finish in and with God—he could put up with anything along the way: Cross, shame, whatever. And now he’s there, in the place of honor, right alongside God. When you find yourselves flagging in your faith, go over that story again, item by item, that long litany of hostility he plowed through. That will shoot adrenaline into your souls!
Stay with Jesus, any time you see yourself flagging in your faith, think of how he did it, remember him. That would put some Hope into you.
Make Jesus your priority, and you would never regret it. You would profit in prosperity, long life, promotion and many other things.
Keep the faith, Don't lose hope!
