I fear for my friend!

I have a friend who doesn't believe in attending marriage seminars or singles conferences. He doesn't believe in reading books on marriage as well.
He believes they all got their information from the Bible, so he can get his to, when needed.
I've done all I can to correct his mindset.
I fear for him because he recently told me he has fallen in love with a girl, and wants to be serious about it.
Is there any other way I can convince him, before he falls deeper in love. -
Its good at aleast he believes in the completeness and authority of the bible. As long as he falls in love with the guidance of the holyspirit and prayers, no problem.
The best you can do for him is 1. Buy books that are full of spiritual wisdom on relationships for him, having them, he will most likely read them.
2. Be ready to offer sound advice to him when he needs them as the relationship progresses.
