  I saw her in my dreams. I heard her name while praying. God told me she's my wife, but I don't like her personality. We just don't flow together.
  Should I keep praying, hoping to receive another person or go and ask her out, despite the fact that I don't like her?

  Hmmm...how well do you know her? Its possible you are not close but you dont necessarily like somethings you see. She might be way different from what you see from afar.

  If you are convinced its her, then first begin to pray for her in your closet, pray for renewal of thoughts and the spirit of love. 

  When your spirit feels right, approach her and be a friend first, gradually you can know her better.
