My husband is a workaholic and doesnt have time for me. This is hurting me, but he doesn't seem to notice. How can I handle this?

Have you tried talking to him about it and by talking I don't mean complaining...he may not have the slightest clue that you hurt if you don't tell him.
Look for that best time to talk and lovingly tell him how you feel then offer a solution. For instance say something like "honey, I know you are busy and have a lot on your plate and I appreciate all the work you are doing to cater for d family. But so that we don't concentrate all efforts in one area alone, I was thinking maybe be can schedule some things togeda. Like once a month eida we go see a movie or go out for dinner. Then maybe atleast twice a week before bed, we just chill togeda and catch up".
You get d idea yea? Basically let him know how u feel without sounding like u r complaining then trying to offer a solution to what u r raising...that's what I think...regards.
