It has been reported that at least 32 people have been confirmed dead and 53 left injured in an explosion that occurred in a market in Yola, Adamawa State on Thursday, June 4, 2015.
The explosive device was said to have been left in a tricycle in the Jimeta Modern Market before being detonated.
Officials say most of the victims were roadside food vendors, meat sellers and fruit sellers.
The casualty figure was said to have been confirmed by the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) Coordinator in the state.
This explosion is said to be suspected to have come from the terrorist sect Boko Haram who also is suspected to have launched attack at Maiduguri in recent times.
